Ultra high purity--Nitrogen purification unit

Working principle
At a certain temperature, the oxygen from the residual oxygen in the low purity nitrogen and the carbon carried catalyst should be oxidized.
The CO₂ generated by C+O₂=CO₂ is removed and dehydrated by the pressure swing adsorption process, and the extremely high purity nitrogen is obtained.

It does not contain H₂, and is suitable for occasions where hydrogen and oxygen are strictly required.
The energy saving technology reduces the energy consumption of the system greatly.
The Double tower structure is applied for deoxygenation, which can add or replace carbon carried catalyst without stopping.
